The fourth issue of delicious. on Sunday, which appears in Stellar magazine, features a revealing interview with super-chef Gordon Ramsay in London. Ramsay, famous for his tyrannical outbursts and aggressive behaviour, also has a tame side, as writer Anthony Huckstep discovers. “My life is planned 15 months in front,” Ramsay says. “Three weeks of intensity, four days in lock down with my family, then repeat.”

Italian authority, TV presenter and book author Silvia Colloca offers fast and fresh takes on traditional pasta dishes. Colloca’s meal plan includes sensual dishes such as pork ragu with lasagne, rigatoni bake, and 15-minute spaghetti with mussels. Matt Preston, meanwhile, sharpens his knives to deflate the egos of self-absorbed chefs.
