Umm, we've never seen this on a goop meal plan.
Gwyneth Paltrow is the glowing A-list poster girl for healthy living and eating – when she’s not taking a star turn on the big screen, Gwyneth is super busy sharing her insider celebrity tips on how to live a luxury, clean living existence via her website, goop. Cooking, gifting, fashion, travel guides, she comprehensively covers it all, which inevitably led to the launch of her first high-end, high-performance organic skincare line, goop by Juice Beauty.
So far, so fine. Where this takes an edible skincare turn towards weird is when Gywneth recently took a pew on Jimmy Fallon’s couch for an episode of The Tonight Show…
We know, right? Dipping your fries into a jar of skincare even if it is organic seems one step too far down the healthy eating pathway. But… if you do want to dip in, the five goop by Juice Beauty products are organic, so technically they are edible. The ingredients include a bunch of good oils like olive, almond, coconut, and sunflower seed, plus a juice boost via lemon, apple, and orange fruit juice extracts.
Your best eating option is probably the Exfoliating Instant Facial, which according to goop.com is made of 86% organic content and presents the most palatable combo of aloe leaf juice, grape juice, lemon juice, apple juice, sunflower seed oil, lemon oil, sugar cane extract, and bilberry, orange and lemon fruit extracts.
goop by Juice Beauty is currently only available for shipping within the U.S., meaning we may have to wait awhile to, er, sample the goods.
