Chocoholics have another reason to celebrate come Christmas this year, with KitKat revealing the launch of a specialty line in tune with the yuletide. The confectionery brand has unveiled a Christmas special range of flavours, all as a part of the brand’s sleek new KitKat Chocolatory range of treats.

There are five festive flavours confirmed as a part of the limited edition range – there’s Visions of Sugar Plums, a take on Christmas pudding, as well as Ginger & Spice & All Things Nice, which is a gingerbread treat. Walking Through a Winter Wonderland, inspired by a rich black forest gateau, Green Mango Pavlova and Candy Cane, have also been thrown into the mix.

Head chocolatier Connie Yuen said that the team was inspired to offer something a little different this year, with experimentation on flavours beginning months ago. “Our team is always experimenting with new flavour combinations and this year we’ve remixed tried and true flavours that remind us of the joy of Christmas, to deliver a truly delectable KitKat experience. We hope this collection will add a touch of sweet indulgence to festive celebrations – and by playing with sweet, savoury and spicy ingredients, there’s a new favourite waiting for everyone.”

KitKat fans can now also craft a bespoke KitKat bar for themselves with a range of unique flavour combinations available at the Melbourne boutique.
