New delicious. October issue on sale now

Your favourite food magazine is celebrating the best of Australian produce in the October issue, on sale now.

We’re in awe of the incredible producers across the country as we announce the winners of this year’s Produce Awards, in partnership with Miele. The entire issue, on sale now, is inspired by the incredible gifts from the land, dairy, paddock and sea, as we head around the country seeking out the best it has to offer.

Nicky Reimer bursts onto the scene with her produce-driven recipes for spring, closely followed by Matt Preston singing the praises of Australia’s larder. Nino Zoccali heads to South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula to marry the best from the sea and the land, while Matt and Lentil Purbrick take us on a journey from their farm in Victoria to their first book, with a sneak peek at the nutrient-rich recipes.

Andrew McConnell shows us how to cook up the best of Oz produce at home, while Three Blue Ducks’ Darren Robertson and Mark LaBrooy rustle up a barbecue straight from the sea, and Matt Wilkinson explores Port Macquaire. Hitting the fruit bowl, Valli Little brings you an array of lovely desserts, and even our resident wine guru Mike Bennie is bringing it home with his top of the Aussie drops.

Believe it or not, there’s still more to come, as activewear creator Pip Edwards and chef Annie Conley talk celebrating with the squad, and our own Samantha Coutts bans the boring lunch routine with her packed-lunch hacks.
