And all you have to do is purchase a townhouse.

Last year a penchant for avocado on toast was famously blamed for millennials being unable to step into the housing market after The Australians Bernard Salt suggested a brunch-heavy lifestyle was taking its toll on saving for a house deposit.

But now Brisbane property developer Neil Sherington is reaching out to the millennials eager to have their cake (of sorts) and eat it too – offering a year’s supply of avocado on toast alongside the purchase of one of six townhouses being sold by LME Capital in the suburb of Sherwood.

Enjoy the local coffee trail and discover Gas Espresso, Three Girls Skipping, Annana’s, Goodness Gracious – to name a few, and to help with the budget we are including 12 months free avocado on toast once a weekend at your favourite cafe,” the real estate advertisement of the Sherwood property explains.

Once the townhouse has been purchased, the developer and Ray White Real Estate (behind the sale) have promised to pay for 52 servings of avocado on toast upfront.
