Another iconic ice cream has been transformed, much to the joy of customers. Popular dessert company Streets, known for Golden Gaytime and Paddle Pops, have announced their latest ice cream – Cornetto Soft.

The ice cream is a combination of the dessert Aussies know and love combined with a different style of dairy inside. It has the texture of a soft serve with creamy vanilla ice cream filling the cone.

There is also chocolate sauce on top and in the centre of the summertime treat. Aussies were stoked at the twist on the ice cream, with some simply saying “yes please” upon the discovery.

An eager fan said: “OMG! Streets has released Cornetto Soft in Australia – velvety soft vanilla and delicious chocolate sauce in a big cone! BRB.”

One social media user said: “I like the ice cream in this, but the chocolate sauce wasn’t very nice.” Another added: “To add another spanner in the works. Yum.”

One was quick to tag their friend and fellow ice cream lover. “We can split up and scour all the servos In Adelaide,” the social media user commented on the ice cream. 

The Cornetto Soft is currently available in petrol stations and convenience stores across Australia and New Zealand.
