Taste of Sydney serves up a stellar line-up for 2017

All of your favourite restaurants in one place? It’s an edible extravaganza.

Foodie favourite Taste of Sydney has confirmed its return for another year, revealing a line-up for 2017 that will see some of the city’s best food talents congregate for four days of festivities. The eating endeavour is a temporary pop-up that will be returning to Centennial Park from Thursday March 9 to Sunday March 12.

Held in partnership with Electrolux, Taste of Sydney 2017 will serve up a selection of eatery options that explore the best of what the harbour city has to offer. The event will offer guests the chance to take a trip around the city’s burgeoning foodie scene, from Barangaroo to Paddington, without having to leave the borders of the park.

A smorgasbord of different treats for the tastebuds will be available to enjoy. There will be Australian seafood from chef Josh Niland and his restaurant Saint Peter, and Latin American-inspiration from Regan Porteous of Tequila Mockingbird. Somer Sivrioglu will bring his Turkish restaurant Anason to the space, with Guillaume Brahimi making an appearance with Four in Hand by Guillaume for the first time. Other restaurants involved in the event include Bouche on Bridge, Mercado, Gastro Park, Kensington Street Social, Portēno, nel. Restaurant, and the Little nel. sweet shop.

There will also be opportunity for guests to expand on their own cooking skills thanks to a myriad of masterclasses and cookery school, demonstrations exceptional attractions and live entertainment.
