For four days only – from Thursday, May 6 – Sunday, May 9 – nine Aussie gin distillers will set up shop within the Craft & Co store in Collingwood, showing a selection of their juniper-spiked creations. For COVID compliance, the event will be seated this year, meaning you can sit back and let the gin come to you, as the distillers move table to table. East 33 has just launched the second stage of their Chef Series featuring Melbourne chefs Victor Liong and Scott Pickett. The ongoing series pairs two dozen premium Sydney rock oysters with accompaniments by some of the country’s best chefs. From April 7, you can snap up a set of oysters matched with an aromatic ginger vinaigrette by acclaimed Lee Ho Fook chef, Victor Liong.
