The newly opened spa will soon become a one-stop Sunday shop as they launch an exclusive high tea. Curated by Thyme chef Mario di Natalie, the once-a-month Sunday event draws inspiration from local and seasonal produce. Menu highlights include a toasted brioche with duck liver parfait and mirin jelly, and a pressed sandwich with black pepper cream cheese – all paired best, of course, with an in-house steam. There are just 24 spots per ‘Tea Thyme’ sitting, so nab your spot quick.
