On Wednesday, July 20, Bill Lark and Chris Thomson will share their tasting notes on each whisky served, and entertain with stories of Lark and its 30-year journey to becoming Australia’s number one craft distiller. The bespoke four-course menu has been impeccably paired to Lark’s exceptional whiskies, and will include dishes such as duck breast with Jerusalem artichoke and ginger puree paired with the Lark Chinotto 60%, as well as other Luke Mangan designed dishes to compliment the whisky offering.
