Curated by hatted head chef Sebastian Tan, the new menu fuses traditional Chinese brunch favourites with a Sydney-style twist. Feast on fluffy, steamed BBQ pork buns, delicately translucent pork & chive dumplings, comforting chicken & mushroom congee or sweet and sticky honey-glazed char siu pork.
