After a few very intense judging rounds, the South Australian sous chef won the regional title with his vegan offering! Proudly repping Penfolds Magill Estate, Wagner was highly praised by judges and industry heavyweights Jacqui Challinor, Josh Niland, and Peter Gilmore. He’s set to represent the Pacific Region at the Grand Finale in Milan, Italy in 2023. Good luck Robin!
