Tasmania’s Lark Distilling Co. will soon unveil its inaugural Legacy release, a single malt whisky aged for 19 years. The highly sought-after line is the oldest to emerge from the House of Lark, and were created during Bill Lark’s tenure as Head Distiller at the distillery.
