Do you have plans this Wednesday? Cancel them. Surry Hills restaurant Nour is teaming up with pan-Asian diner Lilymu to put on a special East meets West dinner for one night only. Lilymu executive chef Brendan Fong has created a 9-course tasting menu that celebrates Chinese and South East Asian cuisine, with dishes like snapper and coconut ceviche, char siu style wagyu beef short rib and Thai milk tea tres leches cake. Don’t worry, you’re in the right place. The venue will also get a new look for the evening. The East meets West dinner will be held this Wednesday, March 3, with sittings at 6pm and 8:15pm, with tickets priced at $118pp. Head to noursydney.com to make a reservation.
