Brisbane’s Hellenika at The Calile was the picture-perfect location for our Hot In The City Poolside Party.

The lavish Fortitude Valley restaurant was decked out head-to-toe for the special American Express delicious. Month Out event.

Guests kicked off the celebrations with a bespoke Not just a Paloma cocktail, made with Don Julio Reposado and grapefruit, and the Don Julio Blanco Margarita, and then settled in for a lavish sit-down Greek feast.

Lisa Halloran from American Express welcomed the VIP guests, and delicious. Editor Samantha Jones hosted the lavish affair.

Prior to dinner, VIP guests were treated to a massive seafood station on arrival, including caviar and oysters.

There were plenty of incredible sips to savour, with wines by Calabria Family Wines including Canti Prosecco, Bélena Pinot Grigio and Pierre D’Amour Rosé.

The share-style menu included Hellenika favourites like taramosalata, grilled peppers, and veal dolmades.

Also on the menu was ocean trout, greek salad (pictured), zucchini chips and loukoumades for dessert.

The entertainment continued late into the night, with VIP guests taking their turn to be snapped by the delicious. photographers on-the-scene.
