It’s not every day you get to watch a red moon rising over the Pacific Ocean from the Iceberg’s Dining Room and Bar balcony.

As it turned out, out exclusive Supper Club event coincided with the super blood moon – and we think it was written in the stars.

The stellar event kicked off with an Italian spread by maestro Alex Prichard.

Guests were treated to bottomless bubbles and wines by Calabria Family Wines, which were paired to a soundtrack of cool jazz.

First up, antipasto. Guests snacked on fried Hawkesbury River school prawns and Meyer lemon (pictured) and Burraduc Farm buffalo mozzarella and Newcastle greens.

Next up, CopperTree Farm Dry Aged Dairy Cow arrosticini with Moonacres Farm greens.

Guests chose from three desserts, a pavlova with Picone Exotics Fruit and pink pepper (pictured), The Pines dairy gelato with pears and Geraldton wax, or a Messina chocolate tart with jersey cream and hazelnuts.

All guests left with a gift bag that included a bottle of Calabria Family Wines, a leather cardholder by The Daily Edited, a copy of delicious. magazine and a gift voucher for In The Roundhouse.
