To celebrate the launch of American Express delicious. Month Out, an exclusive party was held at Peter Gilmore’s famed Sydney fine diner, Quay.

Guests were some of the first diners in the country to check out the transformation of Quay’s upper-level Green Room into a stunning lounge bar called Low Quay.

The jaw-dropping space boasted panoramic views across the Harbour Bridge, Opera House and glittering Sydney skyline.

The evening kicked off with two refreshing highball cocktails made from Johnnie Walker Blue Label with yuzu and salted caramel.

Wines by Calabria Family Wines were free-flowing all night long.

Chef Peter Gilmore put together a special menu of sweet and savoury canapés, which included goats cheese and lemon jam cannoli, crumpets with smoked salmon roe, suckling pig pies and buckwheat pikelets with cured ocean trout and dill cream (pictured).

Dessert canapés included Quay’s famous seven-texture chocolate cake (pictured) and salted caramel canelé.

Award-winning Sydney DJ and entertainer Miss Victoria Anthony took to the decks with an invigorating fusion of club mixes, fresh pop and timeless tunes.

And who could forget the fabulous performance by multi-talented drag queen artist and performer, Verushka Darling.

The guest list included VIPs, top chefs and food media, including delicious. Editorial Director Kerrie McCallum and American Express Vice President Brand, Charge Cards & Member Experience Naysla Edwards.

Delicious. contributors and cheese royalty Ellie and Sam Studd made an appearance.
