Louis Tikaram started his cheffing career in Sydney, where he worked across fine dining institutions like Longrain, Bentley Restaurant + Bar and Tetsuya’s, before opening his own restaurant, E.P & L.P, in California. His Asian fusion joint quickly caught on, winning over the Hollywood crowds (and critics alike) with its fresh, punchy fare and unpretentious vibes. Louis returned to Australia in 2019 and landed at Stanley, a Cantonese restaurant at Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane.
