With stellar culinary credentials thanks to co-owner and executive chef Alla Wolf-Tasker, the Lake House has become known for its ongoing series of hands-on cooking workshops, bringing in some of Australia’s top food talents to host the events in the purpose-built Cooking School on site.

The onetime Food Editor of delicious. magazine and ongoing contributor to the publication, Valli promises to continue the tradition, presenting a masterclass in June that will include cooking demonstrations and plenty of tastings, with recipes to take away so you can let Valli’s flavour combinations inspire you in the kitchen at home.

Born into a family of restaurateurs in the UK, Valli went on to train at the Cordon Bleu school in London before beginning a successful career as a food consultant and caterer.
