Be transported to the streets of Italy and raise a glass with us as delicious. heads to the new star of Adelaide’s dining scene, Osteria Oggi. Simon Kardachi and chef Andrew Davies (pictured), the team behind lauded Press Food & Wine, invite you to a special dinner showcasing the abundant food Oggi, meaning ‘today’, is known for. Davies will take you on a journey through the best of Italian cuisine from veal tongue with anchovy and tuna mayonnaise – his update on the classic vitello tonnato – creamy chicken liver spiked with Fernet-Branca liqueur and house-made bell-shaped campanelle pasta tossed with smoked eel, peas and chilli through to crisp Boston Bay pork rack served with root vegetables. All courses have been matched with the best Italian varietals from South Australia, New South Wales and, of course, the motherland.
