Currently working with Chef Scott Picket at Melbourne’s Estelle, Chef Josh Pelham brings his elegant technique to the restaurant’s edgy food and effortless style.
Born in Argentina, Chef Mauro Callegari learned how to cook from his mother in Buenos Aires at the family restaurant, then worked with respected chefs such as Marcus Moore at Sofitel and Raymond Capaldi at Fenix. He has taken this international experience to create a modern Argentinean menu at The Independent Gembrook.
The day includes a six-course lunch created by Jake Kellie, Josh Pelham and Mauro Callegari within the vineyards of Scotchmans Hill Winery, Drysdale, a welcome drink and matched wines by Scotchmans Hill, and coach transfers.
