Behind the scenes at our GOMA Take Two Chefs collaboration dinner

For the fourth instalment in our Take Two Chefs collaborations, we headed to the glamorous surrounds of Brisbane’s GOMA for a dinner based on the theme ‘wasted’ – using ingredients that generally go to waste.
