The iconic Icebergs in Bondi set the stage for the third pairing in the monthly reader event series. Leading the charge in the kitchen were powerhouse duo Monty Koludrovic of Icebergs and Luke Powell of LP’s Quality Meats, who formed a menu around the theme of sea and smoke. Petite crab sandwiches, charcuterie courtesy of LP’s (of course), a main course of Black Angus eye fillet and a rather elaborate Icebergs signature dessert, were among the dishes served.
