L’enclume at Bathers Pavilion
L’Enclume is the three-Michelin-starred fine diner from acclaimed British chef and restaurateur, Simon Rogan. Diners can expect an 8-course menu, plus snacks and petit fours, that will include a mix of L’Enclume’s signature dishes alongside new creations inspired by the best in Australian produce.The restaurant will pop up at the Bathers’ Pavilion in Sydney from July 19 – August 20, marking the restaurant’s first-ever residency outside England. Lee Ho Fook x Stokehouse
Following Karen Martini’s sell-out event at St Kilda’s Stokehouse Pasta & Bar, next to join forces with Jason Staudt and his team is the incredible Victor Liong. The Lee Ho Fook chef will take diners on a 3-course, Cantonese-inspired culinary journey, sharing his take on ‘the humble pasta’ on Thursday July 13. Chinese-style antipasti, Liong’s take on a classic share-style feast as well as a hearty mapo tofu ragout will be served up under the acclaimed chef’s watchful eye, and diners will be able to order a bottle of wine from Stokehouse Pasta & Bar’s $79 wine list with special cocktails available. James Street Food and Wine Trail
Returning for 2023, the James Street Food and Wine Trail in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley is a massive, weekend-long event of all things snacks and slurps. This year’s event will run from Thursday 27 to Sunday July 30 and will again culminate in Market Day on Sunday, closing down James Street from McLachlan to Arthur Street to host a massive picnic. There will be over 30 stalls hosted by local vendors as well as in-venue specials so there’s plenty to keep you busy all weekend. Untitled Winter Dining Series
Following a successful launch of Untitled’s Winter Dining Series launch, the Richmond hotspot is celebrating truffle season for the second instalment of their winter experiences. Inspired by the flavour complexity of fresh truffles, Chef Matt Woodhouse is collaborating with Stonebarn Trufflerie, hailing from the heart of truffle country – Western Australia’s Manjimup.
