Last night saw the return of the annual delicious. Produce Awards, held in partnership with Miele at the design-savvy Gowings Bar & Grill at the QT Sydney. It was a celebration of Australian produce in all its forms, a chance to toast those who work tirelessly to create and promote the country’s edible bounty, from the farmers themselves to the nation’s top chefs.
