Almond and cold brew coffee frappes
Beat the heat with these make-ahead coffee frappes that'll have you cool and calm in no time.
Ingredients (5)
- 1 cup (250ml) cold brew coffee (from selected grocers or ask your barista)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup (80g) blanched almonds, chopped
- 2.25L (9 cups) almond milk
- Ice cubes
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Combine cold brew and maple syrup in a jug, then divide among 9 holes of a muffin pan. Top with almonds, then freeze overnight.

2.Remove the ice cubes from pan and freeze in plastic containers, separated with baking paper, until ready to use.

3.To serve, place 1 almond coffee ice cube, 1 cup (250ml) almond milk and 3 ice cubes in a blender and whiz until smooth. Serve immediately.
