Banana and brown sugar cold foam iced coffee

You’ll go bananas for this smooth and creamy concoction. We’ve taken the rich sweetness of a classic banoffee pie and transformed it into a cloud-like cold foam to crown your daily cold brew. And to top it all off, it comes with a caramelised banana garnish, for an extra layer of sticky-sweet perfection.
You’ll need a kitchen blowtorch for this recipe.
Ingredients (7)
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tbs milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar, plus extra, to sprinkle
- 1/4 cup (60ml) thickened cream
- 200ml cold brew coffee
- Ice cubes, to serve
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Cut 2 slices of banana. Whiz remaining banana with milk, vanilla and sugar until smooth. Combine cream and banana mixture in a jug and whisk until foamy but still pourable.

2.Press banana slices into extra sugar to cover 1 side and edges. Using a kitchen blowtorch, caramelise sugar. Arrange slices on a small skewer

3.Pour coffee into a large glass with ice cubes. Top up with banana cream, and garnish with caramelised banana slices. Serve immediately.
