This charred broccoli with basil green goddess dressing will broc your world

This green machine is a starter that will stun on the table.
Ingredients (9)
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 anchovy fillet in oil, drained
- 200g thick Greek yoghurt
- 150g whole egg mayonnaise
- 1 cup firmly packed parsley leaves
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 cup basil leaves, plus extra leaves to serve
- 2 broccoli heads, cut into large florets
- 1/3 cup (80ml) extra virgin olive oil
Method

1.To make the green goddess, place garlic, anchovy, yoghurt, mayonnaise, parsley, vinegar and basil in a blender and whiz until smooth. Season to taste.

2.Heat a chargrill or frypan over mediumhigh heat. Place broccoli in a bowl and coat in oil.

3.Place on the chargrill and cook for 8 minutes, turning once, until charred and tender (cover in the final 4 minutes of cooking if stalks are not tender yet).

4.Spread green goddess onto a serving platter and top with broccoli. Scatter over extra basil and serve immediately.
