Bay-wrapped prunes in bacon

Crispy bacon adds flavour and bay leaves add aroma to these tasty prune snacks.
Ingredients (3)
- 10 slices of streaky bacon, rind removed
- 20 pitted prunes
- 20 fresh bay leaves
Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Halve 10 slices of streaky bacon and remove rind.

2.Wrap a slice of bacon around a pitted prune, secure with a cocktail stick and place a fresh bay leaf on the skewer. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

3.Place on a baking tray and bake for 6-8 minutes until bacon is crispy.
