Berries, banana and macadamia sorbet
Minimal effort, maximum flavour.
Ingredients (4)
- 400g frozen mixed berries
- 1.5kg peeled bananas, chopped, frozen
To serve
- Roasted chopped macadamias
- Bee pollen (optional)
Method
-
1.In 2 batches, place berries and banana in a blender and whiz until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a 1.5cm star piping nozzle and freeze for 2 hours or until firm. Pipe into serving bowls, then scatter with macadamias and bee pollen, if using, to serve.
