Developed by the bar team at Diggers at the Entrance, this mocktail has all the fun of a regular cocktail without any of the guilt.
Ingredients (6)
- 4 dashes of Australian Bitters
- Mixed fresh berries
- 120ml apple juice
- Fresh mint
- 30ml simple syrup
- 10ml raspberry syrup

1.Combine all ingredients in a shaker with a large scoop of ice. Shake vigorously until shaker has iced over. Double strain into martini glass and garnish with maraschino cherry and mint leaf.
