Berry and Passionfruit Smoothie Bowl
"Just like a big bowl of berry ice-cream for breakfast – what a way to pack in your 2 serves of fruit for the day! I often add some protein powder to the mix too, which keeps me feeling fuller for longer. Because fruit is naturally higher in sugar than vegetables, I recommend you stick to vegie-based snacks for the rest of the day." – Sally Fitzgibbons. Ingredients (6)
- 1 heaped cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen peeled banana
- 1⁄4 cup milk of your choice (coconut or almond work well)
- 2 passionfruit, halved
- Coconut flakes, to serve
- Chopped raw almonds, to serve
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Blend the berries, banana and milk in a high-speed blender until smooth (add a touch more milk if needed).

2.Pour into two bowls and top with the passionfruit, coconut flakes and almonds.
