Ingredients (6)
- 1/2 cup (60ml) Cocchi Americano Bianco (aperitif – from specialist liquour shops, substitute white vermouth)
- 2 tbs Hendrick’s Gin (substitute other gin)
- 2 tbs red grapefruit juice
- 1 tbs sugar syrup (see Santa Marta recipe, opposite)
- 2 cups (500ml) soda water, chilled
- Cucumber wedges, to serve
