Pureed mango adds an exotic element to these tasty cocktails.
Ingredients (4)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
- 1 mango or 2 thawed frozen mango cheeks
- 750ml bottle chilled sparkling wine
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place the lemon juice and caster sugar in separate shallow dishes. Dip the rims of 6 champagne flutes first in the lemon juice, then in the sugar to coat. Puree the mango, then divide among flutes. Top with sparkling wine at a ratio of one-third puree to two-thirds wine. Serve immediately.
