Brussels sprouts with chilli, rosemary, pancetta and pine nuts
Brussels sprouts take on a delicious flavour when paired with chilli, pancetta and crunchy pine nuts.
Ingredients (7)
- 1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil
- 4 slices pancetta, chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
- 30g unsalted butter
- 500g frozen brussels sprouts
- 2 teaspoons chilli flakes
- 4 tablespoons (1/3 cup) toasted pine nuts

1.Heat the olive oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat and cook the pancetta and rosemary until crisp.

2.Add the butter and 100ml water and, when the butter melts, add the brussels sprouts and chilli and cook for 5 minutes on high heat. Drain, sprinkle with salt and toss with pine nuts.
