Tropical and fragrant. The nutty, butterscotch flavours of our Mac are perfectly complemented by the sour, aromatic notes of passionfruit. A touch of sparkling wine helps to lift up this delicious concoction.
Ingredients (4)
- 45ml Mac. by Brookie's liqueur
- 30ml sparkling wine
- 30ml passionfruit puree
- 15ml soda water
