Campari Mary
Ingredients (6)
- 1/2 cups (125ml) Campari
- 1 cup (250ml) tomato juice
- 1 cup (250ml) orange juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 orange and 1 lemon, halved, sliced
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into 6 wedges
Method

1.Combine Campari, juices and ice in a jug. Add the citrus slices and stir to combine. Place a cucumber wedge in each glass, then pour over the drink. Serve with olives.
