Ingredients (5)
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 2 cups grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup Campari
- Top up with prosecco, sparkling wine or soda water
Method

1.Stir 3/4 cup sugar and 1 cup grapefruit juice in a pan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Add 2 cups grapefruit juice and 1/4 cup Campari. Transfer to a container and freeze for 2 hours.

2.Process in a food processor until smooth, then refreeze. Process and refreeze. Add a tablespoonful of the frozen grapefruit sorbet to a tall glass. Top up with prosecco, sparkling wine or soda water.
