Campfire espresso martini
This cocktail is available from Sydney's Hacienda Bar in Circular Quay and serves up a serious case of campfire nostalgia with a very mature twist.
Ingredients (5)
- 45ml marshmallow infused vodka
- 45ml espresso
- 30ml toasted marshmallow syrup
- 15ml Kahlua
- Marshmallows and wooden/bamboo skewers to garnish
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

2.Mix and shake all ingredients and double strain into a coupe glass or glass of your choice.

3.For the garnish, place 2 marshmallows onto a dampened skewer, toast until slightly charred and then place on top of glass.
