This cocktail is available from Sydney's Hacienda Bar in Circular Quay and serves up a serious case of campfire nostalgia with a very mature twist.

Ingredients (5)

  • 45ml marshmallow infused vodka
  • 45ml espresso
  • 30ml toasted marshmallow syrup
  • 15ml Kahlua
  • Marshmallows and wooden/bamboo skewers to garnish

Method

  • 1.
    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  • 2.
    Mix and shake all ingredients and double strain into a coupe glass or glass of your choice.
  • 3.
    For the garnish, place 2 marshmallows onto a dampened skewer, toast until slightly charred and then place on top of glass.
