Ingredients (3)

  • 2 cups (560g) natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom

Method

  • 1.
    Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth and combined. Pour into glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour or until very chilled before serving.
