A quick and easy entertaining recipe that's just a little bit fancy.

Ingredients (5)

  • 6 hardboiled eggs, peeled, coarsely mashed
  • 150g creme fraiche
  • 2 tsp horseradish cream
  • 12 small store-bought tart shells
  • Sterling Osetra Caviar, to serve

Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

Method

  • 1.
    Combine egg, creme fraiche and horseradish cream in a bowl.
  • 2.
    Divide mixture among tart shells and top with some caviar.
  • 3.
    Place remaining caviar in a small bowl over crushed ice and serve alongside.
