Celeriac remoulade

Ingredients (6)
- 1 small celeriac
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1/2 cup (150g) mayonnaise
- 1 tbs capers, roughly chopped
- 2 tbs chopped chives, plus extra, to serve
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Method

1.Peel the celeriac, then finely slice into matchsticks using a mandoline. Place celeriac into a bowl with mustard, mayonnaise, capers, chives and lemon juice. Season with salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper and toss to combine.

2.Sprinkle with chives to serve.
