Ingredients (6)

  • 1 small celeriac
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1/2 cup (150g) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs capers, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbs chopped chives, plus extra to serve
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Method

  • 1.
    Peel the celeriac, then finely slice into matchsticks using a mandoline. Place celeriac into a bowl with mustard, mayonnaise, capers, chives and lemon juice. Season with salt flakes and pepper.
  • 2.
    Sprinkle with chives to serve.
