- 1/3 cup (40g) chicken stock powder
- 1/3 cup (10g) nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/3 cup (50g) garlic powder
- 1/4 cup (25g) sweet smoked paprika
- 2 tbs sea salt flakes
- 1 tbs dried saltbush (optional)
- 3 tsp onion powder
- 3 tsp celery seeds
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 2 tsp lemon myrtle powder (or dried lemon thyme)
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp curry powder

1.Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir with a fork to ensure the spices are fully incorporated. Pop into a screw-top jar and prepare yourself for deliciousness. This will last for up to 3 months in a screw-top jar in a cool and dark pantry.
