Ingredients (7)

  • 310 ml (10. fl oz/1. cups) coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 25 g 100% raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 40 g chia seeds

Method

  • 1.
    Combine the coconut milk, maple syrup, cacao powder, cayenne pepper, cocoa nibs and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • 2.
    Add the chia seeds and mix well. Place into the fridge for at least 3 hours (but ideally overnight) to thicken.
  • 3.
    Serve in bowls, or in glass jars ready
