Ingredients (8)

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup (250ml) almond milk or water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbs protein powder
  • 1 tbs raw cacao powder
  • 3 fresh medjool dates, pitted
  • Handful of ice to blend
  • Espresso, sliced banana, granola & cacao nibs to serve, if desired

Method

  • 1.
    Combine avocado flesh, almond milk, vanilla, protein powder, cacao, dates and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • 2.
    Pour into a glass or a smoothie bowl. Top with espresso, banana, granola and cacao nibs to serve, if desired.
