This cocktail proves the gin spritz is the next big thing
Warning: This refreshing gin spritz that comes courtesy of Sydney locals Archie Rose will have you forgetting that the Aperol Spritz was ever the drink of the moment.
Ingredients (6)
- 20ml Archie Rose Distiller’s Strength Gin
- 20ml St Germain Elderflower liqueur
- 15ml lime juice
- 2 inches, muddled cucumber
- Sparkling wine
- Mint (to garnish)
