Scotch whisky may traditionally be reserved for the depths of Winter, but it doesn’t have to be says beloved Melbourne bar The Everleigh. Beal’s Cocktail is a pre or post-dinner treat that is a decidedly sophisticated take on a summer tipple.
Ingredients (5)
- 60ml Scotch whisky
- 15ml Cocchi Torino sweet vermouth
- 15ml Dolin
- 15ml dry vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.
