Genovese coffee negroni

Ingredients (6)
- 30ml Darling Distillery Genovese Coffee Gin (see note)
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Martini Rosso Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 tsp blood orange juice (substitute regular orange juice)
- Ice cubes, to chill, plus extra, to serve (optional)
- Orange peel or orange slice, to garnish
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Add all liquid ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. If on the rocks, strain over ice into a rocks glass. If straight up, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
Recipe Notes
You can use 25ml gin and 5ml coffee liqueur in place of the coffee gin.
