Pad see ew chicken noodles

“We’ve used store-bought rice noodles in the pad see ew for convenience, but, says Grasby, homemade fresh rice noodles are essential for a true pad see ew in Bangkok. Fresh pasta must always be allowed to rest and relax before rolling, says Colloca. And for dried pasta, “whatever the instructions say about cooking time, take it out two minutes before”, as it keeps cooking” Silvia & Marion.
