Ingredients (5)
- 1 cup (200g) couscous
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon each ground ginger, ground cinnamon and ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons blanched almonds, toasted, chopped
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Preheat oven to 110°C.

2.In a casserole, toss couscous, onion, oil, spices, pepper and salt. Stir in 400ml boiling water, cover and bake for 10 minutes.

3.Fluff with a fork, scatter with nuts and serve with harira.
