Crab tostadas with green mango
These tostadas make for a perfect appetiser or addition to any share table. Recipe by Raph Rashid.
Ingredients (11)
- 1 tomato, seeds removed, finely chopped
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled, seeds removed, finely chopped
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 200g plain round corn chips
- 1 green mango, peeled, shredded
- 150g cooked crab meat
- Finely chopped chives, to serve
Guacamole
- 1 spring onion with bulb, chopped
- 1/4 garlic clove
- 2 avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.For the guacamole, using a mortar and pestle, pound the onion, garlic and 1 tsp salt flakes to a paste. Transfer to a bowl with avocado and use a fork to coarsely mash. Add lime juice and stir to combine.

2.Place the tomato and cucumber in a bowl and stir in lime juice.

3.Arrange the corn chips on a serving platter. Top with guacamole, green mango, crab and tomato mixture. Sprinkle with chives to serve.
